Mike Nash has worked as a producer, engineer, mixer and songwriter with respected industry professionals in various studios for over a decade. From the green environment of Tree Sound studios in Atlanta, Georgia, to the ski hill town of Morin Heights, Quebec, various studios at homes in Montréal and LA, to mixing on the hills of Westmoreland in Jamaica and recording at the New York based Converse Rubber Tracks, Nash has travelled and worked hard in order to hone his skills.
Nash has collaborated with producer Waymon Boone (Splendor), notorious mixer Mike Shipley (Queen, Def Lepperd, Faith Hill, Green Day), Rod Shearer (Bran Van 3000, Voivod), Juno winner Tim “dub” Doyle (Planet Smashers/ Gangster Politics, Sizzla, Jah Mason), Juno winner Ryan Battistuzzi (Malajube, Yesterdays Ring), Krief (The Dears, Krief, Caveboy), producer/mixer Brian Moncarz (Moneen, Never Ending White Lights) as well as many others. In addition to these collaborations, Nash has also worked with a number of artists and musicians from the likes of Colin Moore, Blue Rodeo, The Dears, Malajube, Ladies of the Canyon, The Sadies, and including many developing local, national and international acts.
Nash has produced a number of artists on the Pipe & Hat roster, including Bright Righteous, Mise en Scene, and The Noble Thiefs.
